Custom-built to accommodate various functions, DGS' new HQ included retail spaces and a daycare facility on the ground floor, four office levels, and a rooftop terrace with amenity spaces.
Working alongside Moya, our design team aimed to curate a conducive environment for both employees and guests, prioritizing spacious, well-lit areas perfect for a variety of workstyles. Art and design elements were added to celebrate the rich history of Ward 7 and its ties to the greater Black community of Washington, DC.
