Located near Alexandria's historic 'Old Town' district, this class A Commercial space represents a perfect blend of modern and classic. Artistic atrium shade sails provide tenants a respite from the sun in the now dynamically furnished lobby, full of huddle and collaboration areas.

Morning Consult is a DC based start up that has grown into a leading global data intelligence company at record speed. This growth trend propelled Morning Consult to design a workplace aligned to their current status in the marketplace while reflecting their culture and addressing future growth.

Bialek worked with USPC team members to develop a new, turnkey solution that included DIRTT demountable walls for all private offices and conference locations, 700 Herman Miller workstations and 180 Krug Latitude/Artemis private offices, as well as ancillary product.

This nationwide enterprise initiative satisfied over 1.2M square feet of newly constructed office space for this Fortune 500's Southern United States headquarters (Plano, TX) and Main HQ (Washington, DC) over the course of roughly 16 months.

Another full-solution project, Bialek and Intellistruct helped to refresh the headquarters for the Military Officers Association of America, utilizing timber frames, glass fronts, and a bespoke conference room table designed to seat 40.

The Intellistruct DC working showroom provides an immersive experience, showcasing products from our partners, including DIRTT, Planet Partitioning, and Herman Miller.

This community college transformed their 1980s-era library space into a flexible, welcoming learning commons that gives students a space to focus and work collaboratively. Technology-focused breakout spaces sit alongside a classroom where students can work, converse and get comfortable.

Shady Grove Fertility wanted to renew the clinical and office spaces in their Rockville location, one of their largest East Coast locations. Bialek worked with the design firm RSG to provide a furniture selection that blended beautifully with the existing architecture.

Johnson & Johnson teamed up with Children's National Hospital to create JLABS - a life science and healthcare incubator open to entrepreneurs and startups focused on innovation across the healthcare spectrum.

The Takoma Theater, built in the 1920's, was a neighborhood centerpiece. After standing vacant for several years, it was beautifully restored and is now home to CNMC's pediatric facility of behavioral health.
