A Confidential Foundation sought to reinvigorate its presence in Washington, DC, with a workplace that reflects its mission-driven culture and brings its team back into the city. Working closely with the design team, Bialek helped furnish a flexible, activity-based workplace that supports collaboration, focused work, wellness, and community. The LEED Gold Certified space reinforces the Foundation’s commitment to creating a workplace that reflects its values and supports the evolving needs of its team.
