Working with Intellistruct as a dedicated walls, glazing and interior construction project manager, Dyonne looks forward to using his knowledge and expertise to help further the mission of creating #healthy, #intelligent, and #thriving workspaces with our team.

Dyonne Gleaton
I am excited to be part of the Bialek / Intellistruct family! As a previous business owner in the glass industry. I bring forth 22 years of glass and glazing experience which includes 10 years of working in the Local Union 963 as a glazier and 12 yrs. of business ownership. I started out my career as a Union Trained Certified Glazier and crossed trained as a Certified Welder.
As a glazier I’ve operated in various roles from Journeyman to Foreman in the coordination, provision and installation of Architectural walls such as: curtain wall, storefronts and interior partitions. It has been my pleasure to complete installations in the Air and Space Museum as well as the Air Force One hanger located at Joint Base Andrews. As CEO of Global Glass and Film I focused on making clients’ concepts into a reality; we brought workspaces to life through the provision and installation of different types of interior glass partitions and window film.
Outside of work, I love to travel and have fun with family and friends. I am also heavily involved in my Church serving in the capacity of Minister. I look forward to using my knowledge and expertise to help further the Vision, Plan and Goal of Bialek / Intellistruct.
