New Talent Thursday: Welcome Maria, Carmen + Jennifer!

Welcome back to another fabulous edition of Talent Thursdays, where we turn the spotlight on the newest trailblazers who've joined our extraordinary team. This time, we're thrilled to introduce you to Maria DiPietro, Carmen Mandeville, and Jennifer Simmons, each bringing their unique flair to the Bialek family.

First up is Maria DiPietro, our fantastic Director of Health Sales. With a background in physical therapy, Maria's has great problem-solving skills and an uncanny ability to understand people's needs and psychologies. But that's not all—she's also passionate about strategic planning and has found her calling in the world of ergonomics, commercial furniture, and architectural products. We knew from the get-go that Maria was destined to be part of our Bialek story, and we're delighted to have her as a key player on our team.

Next, let's meet Carmen Mandeville, a true Virginia native! After studying at George Mason University and building a beautiful family, Carmen has seamlessly blended her previous experiences in Healthcare-related sales and construction to embark on a thrilling new career journey with Bialek. As part of our team, she's rocking the world of innovative Health + Wellness solutions while still finding time to whip up delicious dishes, enjoy a glass of wine, hit the gym, and cherish moments with loved ones. Carmen's work-life balance is on point, and we're honored to be a part of her success story.

Last but certainly not least, we have Jennifer Simmons, who brings a wealth of experience from her decade-long tenure with a Herman Miller dealer in Charleston, WV, followed by work with a Steelcase dealer. Now, Jennifer is setting her sights on expanding her interior design skills and contributing her expertise to our vision of ‘Pioneering Tomorrow’s Workspaces’. We couldn't be more excited to have her on board as she embraces new opportunities to learn and grow with our amazing team.
