I truly love everything about interior design - from development to execution. It's always a treat to be able to see the client able to function and thrive in their new space!
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and worked as a New Construction Sales Consultant for a residential builder for many years. I then got into the custom window treatment industry as an in-home designer. The role I enjoyed most in both of those positions was managing the process and seeing a plan come to fruition, which is what ultimately led me to Project Management.
I believe what makes me a unique PM is my background in sales and design. This gives me a true understanding and 360 perspective of the overall Bialek process, ensuring I'm able to respond to my client's needs at every stage. I'm thrilled to start this new journey!
