Aisha Ferguson
Almost 20 years ago, I started my HR journey and still love it! My career has offered me challenging and rewarding opportunities to work with several small businesses and business leaders to develop HR policies and programs focused on talent attraction and development. I began my career in IT recruiting, and then ventured on to start my own HR consulting practice. I enjoy most all aspects of HR, and some of my favorites are employee engagement initiatives, training, performance management, and of course recruiting and onboarding. I graduated from University of Maryland, University College with a BS in Personnel/Business and hold a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certification.
When I started looking for a new opportunity, I was looking for Bialek - but just didn’t know it. I’m so excited to have found such an amazing company and I can’t wait to see what we will create together.
In my free time, I love playing board games with my family, entertaining, traveling and watching the Amazing Race and Survivor.
