Sara Breed

I am thrilled to be joining the Bialek team as a Program Manager! I have almost 20 years of interior design and project management experience. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!) I spent 9 years at the U.S. Department of Labor/Job Corps, designing and specifying FF&E for Job Corps Centers across the nation. Most recently I spent 9 years at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Some interesting projects I worked on in my time there were the renovation of the center’s library, which hadn’t been touched since 1961. I also designed and project managed the installation of LandSat 7 and LandSat 9’s new mission control rooms, as well as the Island Fire Station at Wallops Flight Facility in Wallops, VA. I enjoy painting, reading, traveling to St. John, USVI, and spending time with my husband, 2 dogs and cat.

Jeff Miguelino

I have over 20 years of experience in management and owned an installation company for 13 years prior to joining the Bialek family - excited to be here! Some of my past projects include American University, Georgetown University, Washington Headquarters Service (BRAC) and U.S. Army Audit Agency Fort Meade, MD and approximately 30 K-12 school installations at Douron. I also have extensive experience in commercial, K-12, higher education, GSA and construction management and holds an MHIC license. As a Program Manager, I primarily manage and oversee installation, receiving, service, scheduling, and operational office functions. When I'm not hard at work, I love getting in a few rounds of golf and working on rebuilding several of my truck projects.
