This community college transformed their 1980s-era library space into a flexible, welcoming learning commons that gives students a space to focus and work collaboratively. Technology-focused breakout spaces sit alongside a classroom where students can work, converse and get comfortable. With modular DIRTT Power and technology embedded into walls and other surfaces, the area offers private and open study rooms, an instructional area and a more relaxed spot for students and faculty between classes.
