Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Government Healthcare Sales Experience
- Strong existing relationships in the Government arena, as well as a strong track record of new business development
- Understanding of Government account structures and procurement processes
- Good understanding of government contracts, budget processes, RFP’s and standard bid requests
- Able to read and understand floor plans and other related technical drawings
- Experience in the office furniture and healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Skilled in managing all aspects of business utilizing effective time management techniques
- Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere ensuring the efficiency of projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong listening skills both in person and via telephone
- Possesses good understanding and application of business math
- Ability to deal with highly complex sales issues
- Must be persistent, responsive, flexible, fun, intelligent, competitive, proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
- BS/BA Degree required
